Can you apply the same principles and eliminate migraines as well? That is really up to you. There are no guarantees in life and progress requires personal shift that may not be desirable or acheivable by everyone. If you are new to this site, you may wish to begin by reading Introduction and Disclaimer. After that, you can start at the earliest post, browse the titles that interest you, or read the Mid-Point Review.

This site is an innovative work-in-process by Glenn Stewart Coles based on personal experience, research and previous group workshops. None of the material should be considered medical advice. Each week a new article will be added that introduces concepts and approaches to headache management. Good luck and feel free to post comments or ask questions.
