Okay, lets be absolutely clear about the intention of this web site. I have learned how to not have headaches. In an attempt to share what I have learned, this web site exists. What worked for me may or may not work for you. You have your own journey and must take responsibility for your own healing.

For some people, the doubts triggered by this information may increase headaches. I suspect that many of these people will dismiss this material. For others, the concepts revealed on this web site may initiate life-changing transformation. I am not responsible; I only light the spark of knowledge.

Are you a doctor or pharmacist?

No, I am not a licensed health professional nor am I sanctioned to give medical advice. I am just a guy who used to have headaches sharing what he has learned. Of course, my degree in Psychology and experience as a Holistic Healer does provide certain insight.

Are you telling me not to take medication?

No. It is up to you to make your own choices about your health. If you are taking prescribed medication, talk to your doctor before making any changes. While I have personally managed to eliminate migraines and no longer take medication, you have your own journey. All I am saying is that it may be possible for more people to learn how to eliminate headaches without requiring medication.

Can you guarantee my success?

No. In order to achieve the result of eliminating headaches a number of personal changes must be made. It is up to you to make these changes. It is also up to you to adapt new concepts as they are introduced and apply them to your personal situation.

How long will it be until my headaches are gone?

Learning the material that I share with you took many years of discovery. Once I learned about eliminating headaches, I continued to experience occasional outbursts for a few years. Still, each step of the way things got a little better. As for your personal journey, I will provide all of the key concepts in the first month. Additional articles will involve deeper explanation of the material and provide exercises to undertake. Each person is like a unique puzzle requiring a special solution. Only you hold the key to healing yourself.

I’m happy with my pills; why would I want to change?

It is not up to me to make your decisions. I simply offer an alternate path for those who wish to investigate headache elimination through internal change and behavior modification.

Will this work for anyone?

The evolution of self-empowerment can only happen for those who want it to happen. In addition, a small group of headache sufferers have physical ailments that contribute to the condition. While the material in this course could initiate improvement for such people, additional therapy may be required. Otherwise the only limitation is your desire and ability to change.
